Introduction of Our R&D Efforts

Our reagents for diagnostic kits

are a nucleic acid molecular diagnostic test reagent that qualitatively detects the nucleic acid of virus contained in total RNA extracted from blood of presumptive patients of virus or animals using a real-time reverse transcriptase chain reaction.

Our One Step qRT-PCR kit allows RT reactions and Real-time PCR amplification reactions to be made sequentially in one tube without additional reverse transcription (RT) reactions, with the shortened period, less cost, and higher sensitivity for the detection, which are issues of the existing PCR diagnosis. It is designed to have qRT-PC reactions using the 2X OneStepqRT-PCR Buffer, One Step qRT-PCR Enzyme mix, RTase, DNA polymerase, RNase inhibitor and Primer, included in the kit.

It allows to secure a diagnostic agent using a virus classification technology. In the event of an outbreak of an infectious virus, it can provide benefits to society by allowing the accurate and quick diagnosis, prompt treatment, treatment cost reduction, and disease prescription, in turn establishing a national infectious disease risk coping system.
